Neon Circuit is a pipe-connection puzzle built on one rule: tap a tile to spin it 90°. Chain the segments together to carry power from the source to every terminal on the board. When the circuit clicks into place, the whole grid lights up. 40 levels spread across 8 zones, from a forgiving 4×4 starter grid all the way up to sprawling 8×8 networks with five terminals screaming for power at once. Each level has a par; beat it and walk away with 3 stars. Exceed it and, well, at least you finished.
