Brainrot Helix Twistcore is a fast, mind-warping arcade dropper where you spiral downward into endless madness! Choose your character — the determined Tung Tung Sahur, the graceful yet jittery Ballerina Cappuccini, or the chaotic Chimpanzini Bananini — and guide them through an ever-twisting, ever-faster helix tower. The gameplay is pure and simple: rotate the helix left or right to let your character fall through the gaps. The longer you survive, the faster and crazier the descent becomes.
